This newsletter starts a series of six three-page reviews that focus on the reasons why business jets have seen values fall by as much as 80%, explains the pros and cons of the 10-15 new aircraft models that have been launched in recent years, and offers clear, data-driven guidance on how to manage these risks.
Business aviation, including manufacturing and fleet operations, has lost consumers billions of dollars over the last decade. Our clients use us to help them understand the financial and service risks that exist today, versus a decade ago. During our fifteen years advising business jet users, we have used our unmatched experience running successful manufacturers, fractional and fleet operators, and managing companies that have lead the business jet charter market. Using detailed analysis, three-decades of market research, and the freedom of having no ties to, or income from, the business jet industry, we offer clear, unbiased, low-cost advice that saves our clients six to seven figure sums.
Each of the six reports will help you to see each major risk:
Explaining each of these risks isn't an exercise in history. All of these risks are still impacting the market, today. Our work, and client support focuses on understanding the risks you are being asked to take, and providing you with ways to reduce these risks when you buy aircraft, shares, charter and card programs.
Until 2008, these risks were much less costly than they have now become. Choosing the right aircraft type now requires an understanding of bad management by manufacturers and your chosen fleet operators. Too many deliveries to fleet operators will saturate the used market, resulting in much lower values and greater costs for you. These losses can amount to hundreds of thousands of dollars, even for small share purchases. Our job is to use the mass of market data we have access to, reducing your risks, and quantifying risks up-front, helping you avoid nasty surprises.
We welcome you to download our reports, and start getting help to reduce your risks.
